FAQ

  • Do you accept insurance?

We are currently a private pay (self-pay) practice. We are in the process of credentialing with insurance plans and hope to offer in-network options in the future. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide a coded receipt for reimbursement (known as a, “superbill”) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Families are responsible for understanding their individual coverage and submitting claims if they choose to do so. Private pay offers several benefits, such as no need for a referral, coverage for all therapy services, unlimited sessions, and no unexpected fees. If you have questions about payment or out-of-network reimbursement, we are happy to help guide you through the process.

  • What is the cost of your services?

Every child’s needs require different services. For this reason, pricing will be discussed during the initial consultation. We offer transparent payment options, including pay-per-session and convenient monthly payment arrangements for families who prefer a consistent schedule. Please contact us to schedule a complimentary phone consultation.

  • Where do you offer therapy?

We provide therapy in your home, at your child’s daycare or school, or online.
In-person services are currently provided on the South Shore.
Online services are available for clients physically located anywhere in Massachusetts

  • Who needs to be present for therapy?

We highly encourage caregivers to be actively engaged in therapy so that they can learn techniques to use on their own. We also understand that as parents, you are likely very busy. At a minimum, we require an adult to be inside the home at all times during the session and present for feedback at the end of the session.

  • How long are sessions and how frequently do they occur?

We offer 30-minute, 45-minute and 60-minute sessions including discussion of progress and instruction for home practice. Session frequency is typically 1-2 times per week and is determined by results from your child’s evaluation and discussion with your therapist. We also offer bi-weekly and monthly options for your convenience.
